PERSONALISE YOUR E-CARD (DIY)

Simply DIY e-card step by step, select the Font Typeface, Size, Color of Company information and our message. You may get the preview of e-card after your edit.

You need to put your Company Name, Greeting Message, Website, Email Template Content. If your company staff want to have their personal message accordingly, please use the Get the Email Template to edit the content and send out by the Outlook Program.

And you may modify your e-card unlimited time before you make the final decision of ecard content by click the CONFIRM E-CARD button at the MY ECARD PANEL. Afterward, you are not allowed to change anymore.

自定電子賀卡內容

自定電子賀卡內容過程簡易，只需數過步驟，便能完成。你可將公司的資料及祝福語等設定字款、顏色、及字體大小，並可預覽自定的效果。

在自定程中你需要輸入公司名稱或私人名稱(如以私人名稱訂卡)、祝福句、網址(如有)、附加資料及電子郵件的內容。如公司以下各成員想在寄卡時加上個人說話，請使用Get Email Template 取得電郵樣本，然後使用Outlook等電郵程式更改內容。

你可以在MY ECARD PANEL內無限次更改自定賀卡的內容，直至你認為滿意為止，但在寄出前要先按CONFIRM E-CARD 按鈕。此後便不能再更改賀卡的內容了。

PREVIEW YOUR E-CARD BEFORE CONFIRM

Please preview your e-card and email template carefully to make sure all content is right and acceptable before f send out. Once you comfirm the e-card content by click the CONFIRM E-CARD button. You can not change the content on the animation ecards. However, you can change the Email content at the Outlook program and send it yourself.

For Group Send Out System user, all email content and e-card content can not be changed.

在最後確定前預覽電子賀卡

請在寄出電子賀卡前前細心檢查及預覽內容，如無問題才按CONFIRM-CARD 按鈕，以後便不能再更改賀卡的內容，但電郵內容則可用Outlook電邸程式更改，然後自行寄出。

如使用Group Send Out系統寄件便不能更改電子郵件及賀卡的內容。

Collect the Email Template:

1) View on Window:

You can use this by click on the View on Window button to get and view the email template on the brower. You can copy the element by Select All function and plaste it to Outlook directly. You may edit the greeting message again in the email before send it to your customers.

2) Send to You Email:

If you want to write different greeting message to your customers or send it to your staff for their send out, please Click Send to Your Emai to collect the email template by input the email address and send. This send out quota is unlimited

3) Send Out to Clients
- Please use forward function to sent the e-cards by email, or save as draft email, you can have further edit on the email message while before send out time by time.

- Save as a email template file in your computer and give this file to your colleages to start their personal send out list.

傳出方法:

我們提供三種方法取得或寄出電子賀卡:

1) 檢視電子郵件:

你只需按入View on Window 按鈕，便能取得電子郵件的內容，並在瀏覽器上預覽，你可用全選的功能全部選取郵件內容及在Outlook程式內貼上，你還可以在此更改電郵內容。

2) 取得電子郵件:

如你想進一步更改電子郵件內容或想將電子郵件的樣本傳給相關同事作自行寄出電子賀卡，你可以按 Send to your Email 及輸入電郵便可傳送。此傳送方法無限次數。

3)發送給客戶

- 請使用轉發功能通過電子郵件發送電子賀卡，或保存為草稿電子郵件，您可以在發送時間之前進一步編輯電子郵件。

- 另存為電子郵件模板文件, 在你的電腦中，並將此文件提供給您的同事以啟動其個人發送名單。

CREATE SEND OUT ACCOUNT (SUB-ACCOUNT)

You may create a send out account (sub-acount) for helping you to send out the ecard, you may assign a person to use this account by input data and send out.

The sub-account can preview the e-card but can not edit the ecard content.
